Great song from a great album, The Rise and Fall Of Ziggy Stardust and The Spiders From Mars. My friend kept on encouraging me to listen to him, and I was like eh. But I put on and was blown away. I had no idea what I was missing.Quote:

That must've been an experience! I wish I could've seen David Bowie in his prime, but my youth works against me!
Believe me, he is still in his prime (some of us oldsters never lose it :D )- next time he tours, go! You won't regret it:jointsmile:Quote:

I am listening to the air coming oout of my nose
I probably will in this case.
I was kinda imaging him to be like Bob Dylan in that regard. Like on cruise control these days, playing on stage with an air conditioner with his best days behind him. He was still good, no doubt, but I wanted to feel the energy you felt from hearing his "Royal Albert Hall" concert. I guess there are moments where you wish you were there, like in Golden Gate Park in 1969, when The Dead and Jefferson Airplane performed. You have higher expectations and want what you imagined to be furfilled by the veterans :)
