Okay. I think I'm limited to one move per turn. In that case, K - QKn3.
Only one move?:)Quote:

You may not have considered what would occur IF I moved my knight to QR3, yah?
Results?
A forkin' check that would be devastating.
Might wanna mull dat one over some more.
White has a chance of winning the game but will need both rooks to do it.
Regroup, MacDuff, and damned be he who first cries hold, enough!
All for deliberate difference too.
W.
Whoops, you're right. I was messin' with the pawns and tryin' to make some calls. Lemme TCOB and get back to dis inna few.
For me, "deliberate indifference" ranks right up there with "Will the defendant please rise?" It does have a little self-contradictory vibe to it, though. Kinda like "accidentally on porpoise." I imagine that's what tickles you about it. (?)
I'm learning the hard way here that it's silly to look at a knight in terms of one move only. Move #1 is a left jab. Move #2 represents many of the possibilities the jab opens up. Somebody shut that bird up!
"Accidental apathy" a persistant, personal pecadillo!
Or,
"We don't care.
We don't have to.
We're Microsoft"
Or... <urk> <Yanks his own leash to spare you any more>
See, not apathy, or indifference.
More like chemically oblivious with occasional moments of inspired lucudity.
It's da nature of da meds I tells ya.
Speaking of which.
Snack attack! I'll B.R.B.:stoned:
W.
Well, what I *thought* I was doing there was protecting my rook from yours.Quote:
In that case, K - QKn3.
He's a free snack, where he sits.
Think I see a decent move.

Crap! Sorry. Doesn't make my play any better, though. :(Quote:

Well, P-KB5 was the "other" move I wanted to make when I was doing 2 at a time. Don't know how "bold" that is. Takes the pressure off my rook for the moment, unless you go for the trade.Quote:
No want decent, want bold
OK, let's look at that.Quote:

At least it gains tempo as I move my rook to K4.
(Not a bad place for him actually)
So, is that your final answer?
You still have 2 "lifelines"
You can consult with a friend or, you can ask the audience
Hey, Shake, you lurking?:)
Aloha,
-=<W.>=-
Weez, can you show me a pic of the board? I've been trying moves and I think I've got it screwed up again.
Sorry, distractions on this end. Everyting's good...

Well, it seemed like you were tryinta talk me outta my last move, but looks like you responded to it, so we proceed.
Coupla moves back you were discouraging me from a rook trade but it seems to be getting inevitable. Maybe I'm misreading the Duck of Doom but looks like he's got blood in his eyes, as well.
I'm thinkin' R x R, and waiting on your knight's vengeance?

So, to continue.

(The knight move is forced as well.)
But White's king is on a, hard to molest, square and after we nip this queen side coup in da bud he's still got a "passed pawn" on da king side.
Each side with a rook and a knight should be fun.
Let the games begin!

I think I see what you are planning.
It just might work.

How does the promotional ceremony work? If I get myself a new queen, can you capture her as soon as she's created?? By parking a rook in the 1st rank to immediately ambush her, for example?
Yes, if you get there.Quote:

can i get some confirmation on the board pieces. are they indeed correct?

Yes, the last diagram is correct.
I'm trying to promote my pawn @ KB6 without St. Zard picking it off immediately.
P - KB7 ? (He can take it with a pawn if I don't move it.) DH

anyhow, i got where you are at. i can't honestly say that i give the best advice as i'm more of a rouge when it comes to chess. patience and vision aren't my best traits.
so with that being said, and i know this will probably make weeze's skin crawl......but.........
Rg6?

Aw Shake, don't you watch any space alien movies? The opening scene in like 30% of them is bored geek scientists playing chess over the shortwave radio. And how do they call their moves? Like me and Wheezs! :D
If you're meaning that move for black, it's still white's move--dat's me! I got my one pawn almost to the back row, but he's gonna get killed as soon as he's promoted, I fear.
Weese:
Wife sez I mus' call you "Maestro" now. Finished upgrading my lights last night. Had a very enjoyable evening! I had a 6 + 2 and a 5 + 1. Now got 8+2 and 7 + 1. Vf's matched up lucky, so I've got a PLN 60-12 for each quad of reds on the 8 + 2 , and the Mastech is driving the 7 reds on the other light. (8.7A+ @ 10.8V). One 60-15 drives the 3 blues. They're just loafing now at around an amp each, but I'm pushing the reds close to 1.3A each. Muahaha!
Anyway, I was able to function quite well, for being happily ripped. :stoned: About to start a bubble bag party using your pump-and-spigot trick. Thanks so much for sharing with us! You are the master! :weedpoke::clap:
