That one is probably not even within 2 weeks yet. This is my first formal run of anything CLOSE to a correct Sea of Green (or Sea of Purple as it were), so predictions are going to be funky. I'm expecting close to a zip off that plant when I'm done, but more like a half a head on the lower yielding strains.

WOW- a zip off a lil gal like that...
I've been stalking all your threads and posts, and I must say, you know your shit... most questions I've had, I've had no need to ask... u're a good mentor... THX

I remember you saying that you are using Cornucopia Plus. Is that from GTG Hydro in Underhill Vermont (up my way)? I'll haved to take a putt over sometime this week. I've been wanting to visit there. Today I just ordered more Top Max from Ethan in Southhamton, Ma. (NE Hydro) If I'd have known...
I'll look into those products. They also carry Age Old Organic products, which I've heard to be very good.

Yeah, I was running Cornucopia which is indeed from Vermont. Then I ran out and cracked open the FIVE GALLONS of Power Plant and Power Flower I got for $100 a couple years ago lol... it was a freakin' STEAL! I'm trying to use up nutes so I'm not being very consistent, lol.
And my bad, that one I had labelled Toxic Lemon is actually BlueJay x Bogglegum courtesy of kd.

I'm still planning to ride over there to check out their nute products. The prices on their website look decent enough. All I really need to finish this grow is the Top Max and I'd like to get more Awesome Blossoms.

I think it is good stuff, but I was running with the Necessary Plant Energy acid supplement and ran into problems because my freakin' tap water already was loaded with organic acids and I didn't know it. It's looking like I will be using the Cornucopia line on my vegetable patch, which is on city water and will definitely benefit from the added goodies. Just FYI, it is VERY powerful stuff and start out at 1/4 what the bottle says!

I went to Underhill yesterday and picked up the Dr. Thomas' Necessary Plant Energy formula and Awesome Blossoms. The store is an old church right on route 15. It was filled with plants, lights, and every kind of soil and hydro nutes and grow items. A Candy Store for gardeners. <G> The owner is a hippy looking knome, really cool and friendly. (what's a hippy looking guy look like? ,like one of The Fabulous Furry Freak Brothers, of Course! In this case, Phineas T. Freakears. LOL

Hello to all
Looks like Dense little fuckers your growing there Stink.
I guess all worked out with shop staying operational.
I've been going crazy on the sealed room build. I would post Pics but I'am afraid.
We are plywooding and sealing the inner with all green foam and then more ply..
Cost 2,500 room build so far. I have my fingers crossed. Ill track down Tranoble and kill him.. LOL
Well wish me luck.

Donkey Dick and VT local IBL Indoor/Outdoor 2008
Good luck on what? Finding Tranoble for his whuppin'? HAhahaha! Eh, you'll recoup it soon enough in savings on those good meds! Good luck!
Shop's actually being phased out. There's no sense of urgency, though. It's just a financial decision I made- it doesn't really make a lot of sense to keep on. But you know I will find the ladies a nice home and make them comfortable wherever they land! ;)
-
Donkey Dick and VT local IBL Indoor/Outdoor 2008
Shop being phased out? None of my business but, what shop? You have a shop? Where and what kind of shop?
Going to Burlington next Saturday, Stinky? I'll be there for sure. Leaving today to go to Boston for a few. Keep in touch, sis.

Not a retail shop, a workshop. ;) I had it pencilled in for Saturday but work has got me so busy that I fear it's not going to happen. Are you taking I-91 through MA? If so, email me- maybe we can hook up for a coffee or something. My house is ridiculously close to the highway, and I'll be back there within the next couple hours.
Edit- SnS- My thumbs will never retire; they are constantly twiddling. :D

I have been super busy looking for a new stadium for my team, dealing with assorted little problems that life throws at ya, prepping for ECNnJ, and it's the summer season in Academia- all the students are gone and the profs start putting pressure on their research groups since they aren't teaching for the most part.
But yeah... sorry... :( I wish I could dip myself in Clonex and sit in a prop dome until another one of me grew, or that I could change my day length to 35 hours... sadly, that is not yet possible on this planet...

I put my new pitcher on the mound for the first time this weekend and [dare I even think?] she would have pitched a no-hitter had I given her more water and less gatorade in the weeks leading up to the playoffs! I'm keeping her fine NorCali ass on my roster perma fo sho.

It's darn near midnight, and as I've spent the past couple of hours reviewing your enlightening log, I feel I must leave a praise-filled reply. You have shown me many beauties I never knew existed. From the cannamel to the purple beauty a few pages back. I am enraptured and enthralled. I just began my first grow not long ago, and I know I have a long way to go; but, I had no idea how far until I encountered this log, which has a bit of everything.
I sort of lost my way from the original Donkey Dick - how are they doing? Are there going to be reports from the clones that are making their way to the outdoors? I hope for your sake they live up to their name, but I have a feeling based upon some of the pictures from this log which testify to your skills that you could coax a donkey dick out of my Mighty Freeze.
Thanks for all of your thoughts and experiences explained so well in this log, as well as the contributions you have elicited from other experienced growers within this log. I plan on returning often.
Be good up there, amiga!

Donkey Dick and VT local IBL Indoor/Outdoor 2008
Thank you Jakez. The log has certainly strayed. The Dicks are doing okay, despite what a complete chaotic mess both my grow and by life are lately. I may never see the finished outdoor ones, but I should be able to get access to a few being grown out by friends for photography purposes, and will certainly try to remember to bring it up when next I see them. I do have a couple still flowering, and the seed backup run has yet to be done, so that should be fodder for a couple more pages.
Thank you again- all of you- for the kind words and encouragement.

HI there stinky, from Canada! Girl, you do NOT know the affect your logs and input on this site has had. I have posted to you before but must again, just to let you know the impact you do have with your wisdom.
From reading your straight foreward, informative logs and educating myself on many sites I truely admire and repect your work. You lay it out clearily and explain the science behind it so people can then go on and make their own conclusions, understanding what it is about. That is invaluable.
I have now great plants and more. I found my home at Green Passion. Yes, sorry, it is another site, dealing with med mj. I never expected the universe to bring me to this point. Without your teaching I would not be where I am today. I am now a mod on the above site. This is a more reserved site for us old pot heads. Not the size of this one, but a large family dealing with issues producing our needed medicine. NEVER would I of expected this outcome. And I have to say, girl, it is in a large part to your credit. I have learned sooooooo much from reading about your work. It taught me that there is a place for us women and that we can contribute in a large way in this fight to legalize our meds. This has changed my life and given me a cause to help many with. And a purpose beyond just my little grow.
So as chaotic as your life might be right now, I must call you a friend and give you props. And don't ever forget what a big contribution you have made, without even knowing it. You are a legend.
And most important,
I must say,
THANK YOU STINKYATTIC! You ROCK!
And I want to be like you when I grow up!
(LOL! I am 53 now, so I guess I am still waiting!)
Life,

Damn, jAngel, thank you thank you thank you. It means a lot to me to be able to set it all out, and then give growers a nice pat on the tushie and send them off on their own to grow happy plants and pass the knowledge along to the next group. This is truly grassroots work we are trying to do here; I consider teaching cultivation to be a form of activism; my contribution to the Cause. Congratulations on your modship! Hell, I might have to come visit! ;)

Please do come on over and take a tour around! We would love to have you! I know where your loyalties lie but hey, we are all in this together, so please let there be no lines drawn! A large number of people KNOW you stinky. Your name is mentioned with honour everywhere in this world we are part of. In our own way, we all are shoulder to shoulder, peeps to peeps! LEGALIZE IT!
I guess I can't add pics yet on this site. sorry, wanted to show off my girls! Oh well! You can see them on the site if you would like to but I will not add a link due to respect.
