Somebody splain it to me like I'm 5 yrs old please-- how does the rep pt thing work??? I clicked on cp and saw a few nice comments (thank you !:) ) and looked thru my settings and I cannot figure out how to rep other people. It said there should be scales in the upper rt hand corner of each post, but the only scales i see are on my posts, wth?

I think you can only use the rep system thing once you've got 50+ posts. You'll also be able to have a signature, too. :)

One more thing for anyone good with this stuff-- I don't know how to do the avatar thing. What I'd like is a kinda closeup pic of a match catchin on fire in slo mo. I tried googling, but i didnt find anything. Plus if i did find something i dunno what to do with it to make it be an avatar.

Uhh, I don't know if I can help you with the image, except to say try and do a Google image search, here: Google Image Search

Once you find a suitable image make sure you save it to your PC, in a place that you'll be able to find easily (like your desktop)..

Then go to your UserCP, click Edit Avatar, and click the Browse button. Then just navigate to the saved image, select it, and click Open. Save it by clicking Save Changes.

Thanks, I searched around there in images, but I can't find a lil vid clip, all the ones I found were just pics. I want a slow motion clip of ignition.
I'll keep tryin or see if I can get the dh on it.
