FIRED !! for gross misconduct (weed related)

I'm amazed at this crap. Why was he banned? MAYBE because of several complaints that I received in e-mails regarding this thread and the fact the lil' boy was bragging about being a crook. If you think thats cool.........I'll reserve my thoughts on that, but I'd advise you not to brag about it here.

But gosh, WE need every little thing put into the guidelines. Do you also need someone to write out that you should wipe after going to the toilet or is it just common knowledge that a dirty ass isn't cool?

"My boss fired me for talking about marijuana in the workplace AFTER I was questioned about it" would present a case for prejudice actions BUT when followed with the crap about "ripping off the store" trashes that all to hell. Why not fire a pothead.........they fucking rip off people to support their habbit. THAT is what someone looking in would conclude off from this type of garbage.

I ban people that brag about being crooks, people that rip off others crops and weed. If sundance doesn't like it, he can bring it up to me. WE were informed that the guidelines are a base....from there it's up to US to use our best judgement. Considering my e-mails, there are quite a few that agree with my thoughts on theives bragging in here.
