You can go to jail for ANY amount of marijuana. there is no "Less than a gram" rule or anything..

Im sure theres some type of statue of limitations where he can't arrest you A WEEK after he caught you with the weed.

EDIT: Although it may arouse suspicion, I am not the dealer who sold him that weed, although it may appear so based upon what may seem a threat which is actually a piece of advice that I have picked up when messing with my dealers.

the cop is bullshitting you into telling him what he wants to know. DONT TELL HIM ANYTHING! the best thing you can do right now is to keep your mouth shut. a gram and a half is a misdemeanor charge and fine at best. you're not going to juvie.
