Why is it that everything, in the Universe, works out mathematically? Why doesn't Haley's comet run into us on schedule? Why is every place in sight of our planet, barren?

Thoughts are created because it is evolutionarily beneficial for us to have thoughts. Nobody is "putting" these thoughts into my head. My sensory organs do that.Quote:

I have a question, have you read the Bible, every word? Cause I sure the Hell haven't.
Organisms which have mutations that help them survive in their environment live longer and are more successful at passing on their genes. Nobody "created" that phenomenon; it just happens. The Bible certainly doesn't mention my parents anywhere, so I don't see why I should consider them as a God and not just as my parents. I love them but I don't worship them as omniscient, omnipotent creators of the universe.Quote:

Saying that Jesus was the Son of God to explain everything that happened in his lifetime, for 2000 years, must have something behind it and we can't see it, because we're the future people, the ones who God, Himself, had planned for all along. Our time's up, I think. It's time to change the World. Jimi Hendrix said the Earth flips axis every 2,000 years or so, and I believe Him. Oh, and by the way, I think God was within Jimi Hendrix.
All I'm doing is quoting it. Can't you tell? :stoned:Quote:
