Just let it slide, it's not worth the effort. What will this cop do anyways? NOTHING, because if he does get legal with you, he has no ground to stand on. Just leave it, keep on toking and peace out. You don't need to apologize, just leave it... Be the more mature person, and don't retaliate like a kid, look at where that got you in the first place.

I agree, go after them. Also it is against federal law for anyone other then a postal employee to put things in your mail box.

Threatened or not this cop should be out of a job. When you become an enforcer of the law you have a moral standard you must live up to, this cop obviously failed to realize that. It's disgusting how arrogant some people become when they have a badge. Who's to say this cop won't become even more abusive with his powers and hurt even more people?
When all is said and done, the cop should be out of a job and the womans twinkies should be seized.

The twinkies being seized has made me laugh out loud 5 times. I just imagine the feds pulling up to her house to take her twinkies and she steps out the front door and just starts squeezing twinkie juice all over the cops. It would end 8 stressful hours later with a .50 caliber sniper rifle. And twinkies would be everywhere. It would look kind of like that movie Smokin' Aces after the guys with the chainsaws went through, but cream instead of blood.
That was really vivid... at least in my mind.
