never listen to rumors Mike and I have found a way to keep this going. I have started a Medical Cannabis Consulting co. here in Nederland, so all though I will not be on the books I will have a major role on how things are run. We were offered some Crazy cash to sell and walk away, but this is our baby and we don't want to see it run into the ground.
Plus I feel the best revenge against the folks that lobbied so hard to bring us HB-1284 is to Crush them at their own game! We have taken on investors so that we can open a Grateful Meds in Denver, Fort Collins and hopefully Delta once we see what we are up against at the DOR. Romer hates the retail model so we intend to make the retail model the most sought out by patients (not the big build out wellness center model).
I will also be challenging most of this bullshit in HB-1284 personally in court, since I have found I have community support and people that want to set up fund raisers to support it. How can I walk away now? I can't and I won't:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

Two dispensaries in Ned have changed hands, but we are hearing that we sold the place allot. A good example is when I was out in Cali at the Furthur festival there was a group of people in front of us ( one with a full spectrum hat on) I guy came up and was going on and on how him and his buddies were in the process of buying Grateful Meds. Heather and I laughed and laughed as we heard this guy go on and on as we puffed on a fatty of Cindy 99. He was so close I could have slapped him upside the head and I several times looked him in the eye and nodded, he had no clue!:thumbsup::jointsmile::stoned:

I was there a couple weeks ago. (I lived in the canyon for a few years and in Boulder for a few more.) I got some good stuff from One Brown Mouse: a few odd grams of this and that, and a potent cookie.

Really, though: it sounds like you have big expansion plans. What makes your business model different than the other guys?

Not a half million dollars I borrowed from daddy. We also have a business plan that puts quality medicine and wholesale prices directly to the patients which has made us very successful. And I think it's well documented how I stood and Stand on this 1284 crap!
Forgive me if I want to bring quality and affordability to even more patients by using the same business model in more metropolitan areas. I don't mean to get uptight, it's just that the situation has been very fluid sometimes changing by the hour, especially me having to be off the companies paperwork in the next week or so, I apologize. We do have a game plan which does involve opening in new Markets such as Denver in the future. I am starting to amass funds to challenge 1284. While all this has been going on we have managed to more then triple our growing capacity by setting up 2 additional grow sites in Ned. I think maybe I should take a break from these forums for a bit, responding to folks while your stressed out and angry doesn't seem to be a good strategy, again I apologize for being course.:jointsmile:

We try to make weekly trips to you guys. No one in Boulder comes close to you....plus the feeling of serenity I get each time I go to Ned is never ending.

Any word on when more Headband will be in? I went up there on a mission for that but I couldn't turn down the crystal covered goodness of Space Jill.

Grateful Meds has an opportunity for an experienced grower; we have extra warehouse space available that we would sublease for an optional grows site. You would become an employee of Grateful Meds under HB-1284. The Space would go for $3.00 a square foot (aprox 1300sqft) plus deposit, you must provide your own equipment we will supply strains if needed. This type of thing should be common knowledge and if done, is deleted upon being noticed. In the future I'd encourage this type of post to be reported immediately.

Another point about the poster; allowing the dispensary's to post their business information along with their menu's DOES NOT open a door to spam the forums with advertisements regarding other items such as smoking accessories.

Lemon Skunk is looking good this week but going fast, in the next couple of weeks we have about 15 strains coming down that are all looking great and will extra if anybody out there needs to cover their 30%

Hey Guys, I really enjoyed that Hawaiian and the Strawberry Tooth!

The S/Tooth had one of the Sweetest and Best smelling exhales I have ever smelled before. It was great.

Both were top notch. The bag appeal wasn't off the charts, but I really could give a shit about that anymore. I've had so much supposed "Fire" that was more like the "she looked like a porn star and fucked like a dead turtle" weed, that I don't even consider it. But they both impressed all us "patients". And we're HARD to please.

Now that I have more time, I'm going to make the trip a lot more often. I've never had anything but good stuff from you all, and I KNOW that you all are actually putting your asses and businesses on the line to advance the Cause. Even with the long drive, I can't think of anywhere better to spend my money.


I was hoping to come up today, anything in particular you're excited about?
