i got kinda like that before where i was realllllly dizzy and i puked and everything seemed distorted. its worse if you lay down close your eyes tho cuz it makes u dizzier and u think about it a lot more.
if it happens again go walk outside. the chirping birds and sunlight will make you feel a lot better
hey i have been havin trouble with stuff like that ware i freak out and think im dying and my heart/ chest feel so weird and today i felt like i was in a different world. It just started this year and i want to get rid of it
you're just really high, grinding your teeth is totally a mental thing too. if i've been doing a lot of uppers or ex or something lately, sometimes i'll just get really high and grind my teeth. and the way i always know if i'm really high is i feel like my heart is beating ridiculously fast, but i feels faster than you think. just put on some music lie down and wait it out, you'll be fine
