Contrary... if the water molecules are closer together, it leaves little room for other molecules to pass thru them. :D
Ice does not cause you to smoke more tar and chemicals, ice cold water will tho.
Using warm water and ice is really the best way although i heard smoking with ice slowly fills your lungs with water... (very slowly)
As for this H2O2... im not sure as organic chem was a few semesters ago, but im pretty sure peroxides generate free oxygen radicals, which are very bad for any living tissue....
i feel bad for any1 who tried this.

i dont know about this hydrone proxidide..haha i like to keep it just water in my bongo.
but ive noticed that when i filled my phx up with super cold water (brita water) and ice cubes...its pretty smooth and frankly i think it kinda makes people drool more on the pull of the hit.
but putting hot water in it (and the ashcatcher) i think you get a much smoother hit. so while youd think cold water and ice would be bomb...hot water is so much better. plus no drooling...
take that for what you will...

Go out and get some Hydrogen peroxide and use it to filter your smoke and then tell me about it. I want to hear about its use at room temp. and after itā??s been in the freezer.

alcohol absorbs a neglible amount in the few seconds your smoke travels through it. Go ahead and just cool that below freezing for a really chilled hit.
It takes like a month to make a green dragon tincture for comparison

No. It has nothing to do with how close the molecules are, it is simply that things dissolve easier in a warm solvent than a cold one. But the affect would be minor, a far better way would be to a really tall bong, or one which forms really small bubbles.
