Ithg it looks like its to hot in there and the tips of the leaves burned.

O and i have a question in the closeup pics of the good black domina is that crystals on the leaves? or is that just the light

That black domina looks heat stressed. Pull the light farther away from them.

Well whats the pH of that soil that the seedling with the burn leaves are in?

that Black Domina, its not brown from the heat, it is brown coz: after i planted seed in the soil, after 1 day other 2 plants popped out from soil so i grabbed a lil bit of soild, and there was it coming, so i tryied to help her, and i take soil from her top....then after another day it popped out but with seed shell on it, it was opened , i took it out easy , after that in few hrs it got brown.

bought 3 fans today, now are 6 fans in total....should be ok :)

the pH is: 5.5-6 and all 3 plants have SAME soil.

You might wanna get the pH back in the range of the 6.2-7 zone. I know your saying all the soil has the same pH and the other ones are doing well but every plant isnt the same. I'd do all I could to fix the problem if that were my plant so give it a try. Better yet, experiment. Keep the ones that are doing good in that pH zone and try to boost the pH of the one that seems to be doing not so well and see how everything goes :p.

What should i do?

how i can stop them growing tall?, i want them to start grow leaf's now, not go tall.

PS: it is ok if on day time i take the plants and put them to my window @ sunlight?
