You said Cannabis needs absolutely no regulation. Maybe for you, but you are not the only person who smokes pot in this world. Cannabis obviously needs some form of regulation. Do you think young kids should be able to walk into a store and purchase as much weed as they want? That would cause even more problems.

The problem is coming up with a perfect plan for regulating marijuana. Its not as easy as you think, and its certainly much easier for the government to just make it illegal. I'm hoping for some changes, but to simply say that Cannabis needs no regulation whatsoever is just ridiculous when you actually analyze it. I don't think these changes are going to come for a while, since society still looks down upon the drug for the most part. Once the world becomes more educated, it will become more accepted, and then we can start making changes. We are simply in a minority now, and thats why there will be no progress made.

Hell, once it's legal and older people start using it medicinally with greater frequency, then it won't be so 'cool' for the younger crowd and I'd expect use to decline. I mean, if Grandma's doing it, how cool can it be?

That's a strong reason why I believe it needs to be legal. I don't want my kids being pushed into alcohol and tobacco's poisons just because they're considered okay things to do...WTF is wrong with America? Isn't life more important than money? Not anymore. To me it is though. I would rather live 18 more years of my life than my neighbor..jack just because he started every day with a drink, but I broke this filthy fucking law of smoking a joint of a morning to start my day.

According to choice...I should have the choice to buy and smoke cigarettes, inflicting damage to my body and health, or I can grow a few marijuana plants and smoke the flowers from it and just get a nice feeling that makes me feel better. I like the second one better. By growing and smoking marijuana, you're not going to cause harm to anyone or anything else...except for your kitchen pantry.

Choice to manufacture dope...wow. So many people do this, but they can sometimes blow themselves and others up because this is dangerous. That's a good law. It puts lives at risk.

They're ruining our friends' lives and others around us because smoking marijuana is for some reason a stinking crime in this country..This must stop.

Wrong, Coca Cola has alway and will probably always have cocaine in it. They take out the part that gets you high but the coca plant is still an ingredient in coca cola and even though you dont get high there still might be somewhat addictive properties in coke.
