Hmmmm, well i can't see the lil guys legs, so mybe his/her rear legs had to be removed for some medical reason.... which either means its your pet dog, or you might be a vet... But that still dos'nt explain why your holding the dog like that, unless if you are a vet you are currently doing something medically for the dog... But you can't be doing anything medically cus your wearing swimming shorts which makes no sense...

So in my guess, you just like to hold the dog like that.... just..... cus you do....

Lol...Actually he slipped from my grasp one summers day when he was just a pup...I was tending to my plants that day and happened to be chillin in my pool shorts...
