"Dr. Detroit" for comedy-A classic old Dan Akroyd movie. It was just re-released on DVD. The scene where he's getting high for the first time is classic -

"I can feel my hair growing"
"Of course you can baby, it's good weed"

"Apocalypse Now" is great too
