They are few factors that say he's ripping me, and few factors say hes not.
He's ripping me factors
-He hasn't answered his phone once
-He use to be into coke
-He hasnt changed his answering machine saying he lost his phone
He's not ripping me factors
-He hasnt answered for two other numbers(that he doesnt know)
-His Voicemail is full(meaning he could have lost his phone)
I thought there was more when i was tihnking about it, but i guess theres not. *sigh* ive tried to call him 5 times or so today but of course to no avial he didnt answer. I have his mom's cell phone, so i called, heres the convo

Her:Who is this?
Me: Cameron
Her: Do you know camerons number?
Me: yes but hes not answering

See now i got people, who if i really did get ripped off, want to go fight him.
I got like 5 people or so, but the thing is im not really a violent person. Also i know the kind of people cameron hangs out with and i really dont feel like gettin shanked or shot. All the people that would plan on fighting him, just would want to fight. Bah, hopefully this whole thing blows over but i doubt it.
God i just dont know what to say to my grandma, i already know how its going to be. I tell her then shes like are you serious? DO YOU UNDERSTAND HOW MUCH MONEY THAT IS? and then she will just treat me like a child and act like i dont understand the situation at all. God damn it.

Talk with people and look for that fucker. Get someone to set up another deal (basically thinking he could do the same to that fucker) and when he meets up, just confront his ass, along with one of your boys or two. You don't even have to use violence, because at this point, he'd be so freaked out he'd be shitting his pants. It's a nice trap, especially if you want your money back.
Yeah, I got ripped off $380..my friend wants to beat the living fuck out of the kid for me, which is nice, cause i'm pretty small. I've got a shit load of people that will back me if something happens, but I dunno, it's been almost a month. I made enough money to buy another ounce, so I'm sorta like..meh, now. If i could get some money back, that'd be nice though. Stupid little mexican.

First thing to do, Penguin, is to back off of him. He knows what he did; you know what he did. When you talk to him next, your best tact is to ask him how he's going to fix this problem.
Going berserk on him will end badly. He'll fall back on calling you a liar, at best, trying to save face with his buds; or, at worst, he'll shoot you.
We don't want a dead Penguin.
Most people fear a quiet determination, as opposed to someone that just wants to jump in their face.
Let the people who will communicate with him know you've been burned. That you will never let it go. That you are considering your many options, but willing to let him make things right.
Here's a thought: if you've been ripped off, then what's done is done. Play it right and you have nothing more to lose. But very bad things are in store for him. Not today, but some time of YOUR choosing. And even when he makes it right, you'll still have the option of a brick tossed through his windshield.
Don't let it eat at you. Draw up some 'perfect plan' ideas when you have free time. You lost $850? Make him lose $1700.
Most important: don't get caught. Fuck with him in very safe ways. Ways that leave him unsure of who did it---maybe just some random events.

DOnt listen to anyone on here...except maybe 9ski.....what would you get from messing up his stuff? Wait some time, and then get his adress from his mom. Do not tell her that its YOU getting the adress but make up a name. Once you have the adress, if it turns out he did rip you off, wait for him to leave his house. Then break in and steal enough stuff to equal $850+...I dont normally condone stealing...but if he deserves it...
