Oh Rock....I'm just not smart enough with soil to say....that looks to me like normal nitrogen being used up by the plant....but if it is your sativas don't they have about 8 more weeks until done so that seems kind of fast and furious to me.....we need Rhizome or Stinky or Reaper to weigh in here.....:(

yeah, im waitin for my roommate to reappear to confirm or deny the scent. I'm thinkin maybe the increased sugar output from the spray is making them smell fruity.
the stuff did say it would produce sweeter plants.
and like i said, yeah, might just be normal, and maybe the lites n new spray n that lil chill i gave them last week are expediting the leaf-drop process???:wtf:
i suppose anything is possible, right?
with this being week 6, comparo to the mother, yeah, about another 8-10 weeks, but, maybe with this grow having HPS instead of cfl's. maybe she's pickin up the pace a lil bit.?
where o where are our dirty lil experts???

excellent info in there, most comprehensive list of troubles ive ever seen on the nobel herb.
unfortunately, the info contained didnt really point me in 1 direction or another.
i'm hoping one of our resident gurus will chime in on this one.
and thanks for the good vibes E;)

Carl I'm not sure about temps affecting ph in soil....but I can say that colder temps will have the plant thinking "hurry up and finish" plus he's topped the living be-jesus out of the thing so I'm sort of thinking more nutes.....but you really DO need to start thinking about ph Rock....like.....how to check it and adjust it.:wtf:
Rock I wouldn't add any nutes though if I were you until you talk to someone who knows what going on....;)

hmmm, ok, so, where o where are the resident xperts when i need em.
Hound, what u say makes sense, and exactly what i was thinkin. if they got a lil colder than they wanted, yeah, they might be thinkin, "ok, hurry and finish".
im not sure what the exact results would be from that scenario, but maybe a blast of cold air is a way to hurry them up a lil?????????:wtf:
the other thing im thinkin/hopin, is, if they drop fan leaf in a hurry, and return to stable temps, maybe then they can concentrate just on flower.
my mom has a plant that vegg's all year, unless u blast it with co2. thats some cold chit. so, maybe same theory applies?????
but i am just speculating.
maybe a blast of arctic when flowering, is the key to speeding things up. A variety of peeps been askin bout speedin the flwr cycle.
topped only 3 times.
is that the bejesus quotient?

For a sativa....yes....bejesus quoteint reached....:D
I know cold weather does speed them up ("hey....winter's coming....we have to hurry") but it will cost you in yield Rock. Watching this plant I have finish like it's in a speed race make me realize that I'm not sure the trade off is worth it. :(
