thats rely nice m8. I see buds on mine! do they grow in height much once u start to flower them?
pezzo
Yeah they look awesome for 150s! I think you're going to have some pretty nice nugs, and that close to the light they should be decently dense too.
whats up guys,
Pezzo- yeah they grow sometimes up to 3 times thier preflower stage thats what happened to me they got just too big on me but hey i think i did well considering.
canuck- i hope they are more dense than last grow as they were a bit fluffy but thats what 150 get you really so ill be happy with whatever she gives me :)
3 weeks remaining whoohooo :yippee:
pics from out the cab and they look simply amazing
well im off see you soon :D
I've just seen this page but things look great. I hope to find time to work my way through this tomorrow.
looks like i have been missing out while i've been gone.very nice grow.one of these days i will get pics up of my lst.i have some plants just about tied in a knot.with your height restrictions you might want to try topping at 5 nodes or so,pick your 4 to 6 best branches and every time they grow outside the pot or to tall tie some more.my plants are about 18 inches(with the pot) tall after 4 to 6 weeks veg and 1 to 5 weeks flower, and have 10 to 20 6 inch buds on each, with about 3 foot of tie downs each.of course that is indica my sativa doesn't like the bondage(of course she is a reveg so she is pretty tough)and is towering over the rest.
Lots of love coming form me. Read it all and looks great. My plants are just a few days behind yours in flower, so I'll be watching even if I'm a little shy.
just read through your whole thread. looks good man! just a wee bit longer!
her time is coming.....
one plants is almost 100% yellow but the leaves are still full of life nothing to worry about, man the buds on some of these are huge, way bigger than i expected.
maybe this is going to sound strange but the plants smell kind of like dog shit,
like a real hard shit smell right in your face when you smell the buds up close.
so i cheated and took a small branch with about a joints worth of herb on it.
i put it in the vaporizer whip and took about 3-4 hits to get it dry, after the 5th hit or so she really started to have that herb taste to it and the hits were kinda harsh but manageable.
it took a minute to kick in but was it very pleasant, i can tell this stuff is going to be a head high it made me feel happy and giggly i am very pleased with this so far.
anyways here some pics i have about 18 days left. :stoned:
fukin sweet m8 enjoy it
Looking really good man... the smell will hopfully go away as you start to fluish... out your plant you have been doing that right? hashahahh I didn't flush mine till late and it smelled like nthe Bat Guanno shit I feed it hahahaha....
but in the end it ended up smelling right and funkadelic... espically when it was put into Jars..
but yeah at first it smelled like ass
kd
i dont know if i should use nutes from here on out, there is roughly 15 days left so i guess i should just flush, one plant is majorly yellow all over its looks neat and im sure glad its normal :)
they are freaking huge i cannot wait for the day im just waiting on my new 100X scope to be delivered today or tommrow, the plant that is really yellow may even finish a week early as the others look pretty normal.....we will see.
Hi invision. I was away nursing my ego after my first grow. Dropped by to see you're at it again. You're doing pretty good too.
I've heard from some that you should flush as long as the last two weeks. Zandor had a really detailed plan about flushing posted around here somewhere. Although, I think that might have been for a hydro grow, and it looks like you're doing soil.
Currently, I'm researching alternative hydro systems to use for my cabinet and retrofitting it for grow v2.0. I think I'll replace the reflector with a air-cooled tube light kit. I'm also going to try to make a place for a mother to hang out, and host her using soil. I decided to go with the good seeds, even though you almost convinced me to keep up with the practice seeds. I figured I'm only going to start with one, and just make clones, if I get a mother. I'm going to wait for the current seedling to take hold before I start another log.
Well, good luck with your harvest! Hope this one turns out more dense than the last one. I know what you mean about that - mine had big buds, just most of them were not very dense.
You mentioned that some of your leaves were turning yellow - are you pruning these? I've read varying positions about it, such as it gives the plant more energy to grow bud without the dying leaves; but then also that it's needed for food during the end of the cycle. Still trying to learn .....
hey whats up joe and glad your not down about your grow, how is the herb you got?
im sure with practice man you'll be fine it took me these 2 grows to really understand the plants in general and i think im set on my own now, ill keep threads going and all but its been too fun
well guys these plants are done, i got my 100X scope today and they are 75% cloudy and 25% clear there abouts so this Saturday which will be week 7 they are being chopped down, i removed most of the large fan leaves so the buds can soak up the last days of light.
ive been using plain water now for a little over a week so she will be flushed out decently by this weekend, i had fun here and ill update until they are chopped, cured, and weighed.
pics of the crop, i still have to finish the clone that looks like she has 4 weeks to go or so.
Those buds are starting to look real nice, invision.

Looking Good like usual Invision,
kd
hell yeah they are, shit. Like foot long nugs huh?
hey guys whats up,
yeah some buds are just HUGE there is one bud in particular that must be over a half ounce alone its as thick as my wrist and a foot long :)
cant wait till saturday so i can play with scissors hehe....
this is the part i hate, trimming......grrrrrrrr....glad my GF likes to do it otherwise it would take me hours to get through it all.
happy times are coming thanks a bunch.
As thick as your wrist eh? Bet you wish it was thick as something else.
I have to agree with the others here... nice looking buds invision!
-c
Trimming is the bomb. It's time consuming...but at least you get to be ONE with your girls...AND you get scissorhash, eh? THAT is the bomb! :DQuote:

Hi invision .... herb so far is mediocre. I'm hoping with more time it will get better. Compared to what I've heard from so many around here, it seems I've done something wrong with my drying and curing. The bud still tastes a little green. It doesn't really cause the headaches, and there's a bit of a buzz now. It's been almost 4 weeks since the harvest.
Have fun harvesting! Glad to hear that your GF likes to help out there. I'm with you, it's a long, tedious job. Although, I agree with TGF about you getting to be the one to do the work. You get to benefit from the extra manicuring efforts.
Enjoy!
tomorrow is the day
well i do know one thing is for sure......i am never growing tall plants again, i know i could have yielded better but she shot up like crazy and i was stuck but oh well, the clone has a way to go still just started to really get going these past few days.
i think ill take a few weeks off and get some clones going and ready to go again, i dont plan on doing a summer grow as it gets hot in here fast so i have to move quick before june comes.
pics before her death sentence
she is pretty tall, but she's a beauty. can't wait to see her cut down.
thanks guys,
well this journey is coming to the end, i have my black robe and executioners helmet ready armed with multiple sets of scissors :)
maybe ill make my own chant as i cut them apart......hmmm wonder what the neibors would think if they saw me.
anyways ill post up when they are chopped up and trimmed, looks like about 2-3oz of herb so i have to try harder next round, good luck with everyones grow log ill pop in to save the day when needed.
whats up everyone,
trimming took just over 2hrs, my hands were cramped, i hated it.
well the end result was 9oz wet, so by the time it dries i should end up with about 2 and a half oz of dried herb :)
a few quick pics
the clone is still in the cab, im only using 1 light now as there is no use for 2 lights on a single plant, thanks for looking
my basement stinks to high heaven drying this stuff, it didnt even hint of smell when growing.....awesome stuff.
i took a sample of some lower bud and dried it out and test drove it and man does this stuff floor you, it takes about 15min to kick in but once going i was completly stoned for 2hrs.
im excited man i cant wait till it cures for a month and really see whats shes made of. :)
that is awesome man! i'm in the same boat here... my apt wreaks of buds and i love it.

Hey, invision. Congrats on your second successful grow. Looking forward to your grows when you get that 400w in there. ;) You need more light, bro. Get some dense ass nugs.
Those pistils look very white to me, man? I suppose you went by trichome colour, but they just look so "alive" still. Maybe the pic is playin' tricks with my eyes.
Congrats, anyway, bro. Happy toking.
Glad you'll be here to save our asses. :pQuote:

Fog- yup a better light is needed but these buds are not light like my last crop they are more dense than i thought i would have had, one bud is almost the size of my wrist is so huge and lovely.
i also went by the trichrome color which most were cloudy so i snipped her :) plus they will mature a few days even after cut so i think i made a wise choice.
im working with a better camera so bear with me hear she shows a lot of red even using flash so i have to figure out its manual settings later.
so lets now concentrate on the clone, i also threw back in a harvested plant just to see what goes on with it still under flower, i have addes mascots to my place as well  anyways heres the pics
well its apparent no one is interested in my threads they just end up dying or low replies, to be honest i feel disliked here for some reason, maybe im not in the click here, but whatever the case 80% of my threads get zero replies and end up struggling like this one.
well in out of here ive helped tons of people and when i run across a problem im ignored so good luck to the newbs those are the ones i like lending a hand to anyways, and to everyone that came into this thread thanks anyways im going to find a new home.
I love your log! I liked the last too, and I believe I complimented it.... Don't worry, not very many people stop by my thread but I know they are looking because the view count goes up by 100 or more when I update. I also ask a question just about everytime I update, that almost never gets answered. I hate quitters, so I trudge on...lol.Quote:
