This is the AI. Don't know if it is ok or not. Obviously it's small, but it's been a super runt the whole damn time.
Don't know, doesn't look quite right, but what are ya gonna do?:wtf:

Ok,
Kinda posted this on another thread, but for anyone here, what would you do?
I am talking about harvest window.
From the point I am at now, there is only 1 thing for them to do, and they should be getting there sooner rather than later I am guessing.
Would it be a good idea to start flushing now, today.
Flush for 10-14 days. 10-14 Days from today, would the girls be where I would want them, with amber trichs, between 10-25%?
Or would I get into the situation where after the flush, they still may not have much amber and then I still need to let them go. If that does happen, is that ok? I kind of think that if I flush too soon, then I won't be taking full advantage of them, knowaddamean?
I mean, how much more growing do you think these girls are gonna do? If I continue to feed a few more times, and wait to flush until I see amber trichs, will I be waiting too late? By the time they are done flushing would they be degrading?
I guess this kinda hinges on how fast the trichs turn? But also on all of your past experiences!
So,
what have been your experiences?

I have decided to begin flushing. My hope is that I will have my desired amber ratio by the time I am done flushing, drying and curing. I am starting to see amber trichs here and there on each of the girls, so in 10-14 days after I am done flushing, hopefully they will be there.
I would really like some input on this, Dutch, how do you do it? Did you wait until you had your amber trichs to begin the flush? Did you time it so that you were cutting down once they were hitting where you wanted them? Is that how it works?
Help?

I think my AI is seeded.
I saw red.
Let's just say, the 4 MK have tons of light and room, they look very happy.
I am thinking about donating the AI to the bubble bags in it's entirety. That with the trim, I might get something to smoke outta that. We'll see what she looks like trimmed up and dry first.
No, I didn't really flush her.
I wasn't planning on it happening this way. I just kind of went OJ on her.:stoned:

I don't put a lot of stock into flushing, myself...cause, I'm not concerned about taste. If I want good taste, I grill a steak.
Everything I grow tastes like spice-mint. Whatever, that means?
But, I semi-flush with EVERY water, water&nutes and water&molasses. That way; there's no excess...period. In the pic below: shows that I put my plants on a plastic stool table and water, feed, etc., until the excess runs into a bucket underneath...comprende?...(large holes drilled into pots and the table)
As far as flushing and waiting for amber trichs?...once the plant stops growing, I begin the countdown......water only, sparingly.

Well,
THe AI was seeded! WTF? I guess reverse is not full proof?
What's really wierd, the MK all 4 of them, don't look like they have a single seed, but who knows? I doubt that they do though, they are pluggin' along, I am now able to actually see some amber trichs, so far, only on the bud leaves, but they are amber trichs so yeah!
They are starting to yellow a lil, and I will continue to flush through this week 9, then, if all goes well, they will get the chop! Cannot fucking wait!!!!
THe AI must have been seeded a while ago, I just took a sample from what I have drying, vaped it, nothing.
Not even a head change.
Very disappointed.
But, I did learn a valuable lesson.
I don't know if my failed AI was my fault or not, don't know if it was the destiny of the plant or not due to genetics or some complication at birth, but I do know, I will no longer waste any time with a plant if it is not the picture of health!
It just is not worth it.
So from now on, I will mercilessly cull my plants, survival of the fittest for me and mine baby.

Well ho hum I guess.
Plain Ph'd water. Lots of it.
The big MK lady tried to kill herself today just shortly after lights on. I heard something went in and she was just sprawled out all over one of the shorter ones like some kind of drunken slob. I had her tied from 2 places, somehow she just decided to switch direction on me. I guess she needed a drink, so I gave it to her.
The AI is horrible, I am ashamed, it is going 100% into the bubble bags, I am not going to smoke that shit. So pisst. Seen some other grows with it and it looked awesome. Oh well.

Hey motherfuckers! It's picture update time.
I am pretty happy about the gurlz!
I am consistently able to find small, 5-10 Trich cluster on the various bud leaves, not all, but some on each of the gurlz. So we are getting there and I am sure that they will be there by the time I hit the 10-14 day window of the flush they will be ready. FUck yeah! Can't wait.
On another note, the big gal, she apparently is depressed because every day I walk in there, she is hanging herself, it doesn't matter how I tie her off, she just eventually falls over. She hasn't snapped anywhere yet, but I am afraid she will on the main somewhere. It's funny, because her top goes one way, and the body goes the other. Nirvana's MK, is Skunk x Afghan, and she is for sure "leaning" towards the skunk side of things, branchy, buds are bigger in size, but not as dense as the more squatty girlz. I am assuming they are more Afghan, 2 of them more than the other. 1 of the squatty gals, her flowers appear to be more somewheres in between the 2. They smell grrrrreat!
One of the squatty gals has a more noticeable fuel type of smell, not as much as the bag seed that I chopped soo long ago.
Overall, I have not seen many, just individual amber trichs here and there on the actual flowers, but that's where we were just the other day with the bud leaves, so can't wait till tomorrow.
Pictures...
Enjoy.
Dutch, threw the very last 2 in just for you. Thanks for sitting down and chillin' here and putting in your 2 cents. Thanks to everyone. Let's bring these bitches home! If you've been following along, now it's about to get interesting so hang on and don't go nowheres. If you are just joining us all here, then welcome and grab a seat.
Oh shit, p.s.
Playing with my camera, this is for anyone I learned something new to share anyways.
I have a setting that allows me to adjust the amount of light I let into the camera. I just crank that bitch all the way down, -2.0 or whatever, and it allows me to snap pictures under the 800 watts of sodium, and they look pretty good I think.
All of these were taken under the exact same light, just with different settings and angles. I think the setting is something like ISO something or a nuther.:bonghit:

Yessur! ISO does it, just go backwards, negative to get rid of the orange/yellow light. It's not perfect, but it is easier than taking plants out of the room to take the pictures.

Awesome colas, Mr. Kush. Nice heavy buds too, hopefully.
My .02 on the tric colors changes. I have no fucking idea. LOL
Really, once I watched my Bubblegum look done at 8 weeks and wait four more and still don't see what I want as far as amber trics. This grow I went with Sativas and at 8 weeks they are 100% cloudy w/ ambers. What do you know?

Xmas,
"Oh it's just what I always wanted! I love it! My favorite, weed!"
Hopefully it will be dry and going into jars by then! I am sure I will be smoking it regardless, just hope I can hold back enough so that most of it actually gets cured!:D

WEll,
Continuing to flush. Will likely water 2 more times before harvest, I am going to give them a lil mol, I am getting to start thinking about moms.
I hope that they come out ok.
I am going to harvest all at once, and begin the process of mumming at that time.
I am undecided on some things though. I was thinking about downsizing them into 8 in square pots that I have, but I don't really have to for space or anything.
So I am wondering, when I cut them back, if I can leave them in their current 3 gallon pots for now?
Is trimming the root ball a must do to mum? I know that I will need to eventually, but initially after harvest, do I have a window of time where I can keep them as they are, under 24hrs, and just dose them with some grow formula, and be ok?
I was planning on pulling them, cutting the rootballs back, repotting them into the new pots with fresh soil, and adding some superthrive to the new pot to stimulate some new root growth.
But I don't want to do more work than I need to, and fear that I may be over thinking this and that the simplest thing may be the best thing? ANy thoughts opinions folks? Could really use your input.
I realize that I will need to eventually trim their root balls at some point in the future anyway, do I need to do it immedeatily though?

Those biatches have been hacked, I currently have 4 wannabe moms, flowers have been dried, they are in their jars for the first time today.
Total yield,
80 Grams, Dry.
4 grams of bubble hash that does not bubble at all in any way, but is potent none the less.
I will get some pics of the flowers and mums, and hash.
What the fuck did I do wrong?:wtf:
Should I not have yielded way way more than that?
My only thought is to let them veg longer, and work into 5 gallon pots, or obviously run more than 4, but hey, that's just what I had, so I guess hopefully my moms work out and I learn to take clones.:)
Ironically, the biggest MK lady, the big branchy one, she yielded the least. And luckily, my best yield was from my favorite so far, noticeably more potent plant as per current samples taken.
