Thats why I love living in Maine if you get busted with 1.25 oz of weed or less its only punishable with a maximum of a 400 dollar fine. This state basically sucks in everyway besides for the good weed and the lax marijuana laws. Oh yeah and sweet woods to toke in.

Yeah, it's not even decriminalized in Florida. :-(
