We would be better because we would have justification. There is no reason for her not to feel what she put another through. It depends on if you see it as "remove an evil from society" (in which case it doesnt matter how she dies) or if you see it as moreso "vengeance". I probably get too invested in these things, but the way I see it, killing a baby is such an evil that it requires vengeance, not just justice. But, as said before, I admit my bias. We are better because we are justified.
