one of the "stand-by" plants in the small pails is female. I gathered up the transplant materials this afternoon and brought them in to warm. Maybe x-plant tomorrow am. I'm thinking of a 3 gal even because the plant is maybe 12-14" tall.

Maybe 12-14"...
Try 9" lol
She is the runt of the crop so far but now has a 5 gal pail to call her own. We'll see if she can put out some bud in the next 8-9 weeks.
I removed the two males in one 6 gal pot, one was a beautiful 24+" and the other was the triple leafed plant. : [
So, the count is down to 8 plants, 3 or 4 have shown female (forget without looking).

Some plants have shown sex and the males have been 86ed. This is where we are at now with four fems and still three to decide.
Here's an "undecided" living in a smaller pail. Quite dense growth on the bottom of this plant. The top was FIMed and the leaves are very mutated.

Thes next two photos are of the largest fewm plant (26"+) and a pot-mate who has been tied out to get some light. These two have been FIMed and each look a bit different.

Here is a fem in the flowerbox. Her two box-mates are doing well but have not shown yet. Hoping for fem as we have pulled a few males out of the box already.

And finally, the runt fem that I put in the larger pail a couple of days ago. Her and the other small poted plants seemed to have wetter soil and related growth problems than the others. Hopefully this 9" fem can turn on in the next eight weeks or so.

You know shov, I've heard an old wives' tale that for strains capable of producing the full 11 leaf blades, if they actually do it, it means they are happy!!!!
(I think you have happy plants!)
I'm going to pick up my pepper seeds this PM... my friend was supposed to dro pthem off but has been out sick this week... those little PPPs I have going for a sativa-influenced outdoor seed crop are ready to be flowered! They are going into 12/12 tonight!

"Undecided" is the last male, which is too bad because it took to the FIM really well. The top leaves after the cut were very twisted and deformed but many tops were starting there, it could have produced a nice top.
Oh well, so all three plants in the box are females.
So, a total of six females, all looking real good. All the containers looked a little dry so I'll water them with the K/P suppliment and TopMax. Last time I fed with the fish/kelp ferts w/ molasses and TomMax. Next time I'll just water.

Almost two weeks of 12-12. Many bud sites on each of the plants.
Here is the flowerbox with three lst. They look very healthy considering they grew up in that box starting with over a hundred others, living in the shade of the other plant buckets. Folks thought that removing the other plants would disrupt the root system and such. That does not seem to be the case here, fortunetly. They don't show any signs of lamp burn or other trauma the other plants experienced. It is difficult to see the bud sites, but there are quite a few. These are bonus plants.

Here is Runty. She was recently transplanted from a small black pot (see earlier pics). I think she experienced nute lockup due to overwatering and fertilizer but it is curious as I watered/fed each of these plants the same. Some plants just didn't dry out as quickly as the others, I guess.

Here's Big One and her side kick. She has some lamp burn and other minor problems but is growing pretty well with tons of bud sites on all the branches.
The side kick is basically a single main branch, kind of looks like one of the lower branches of the Big One.

Thank you for the look-see
