Miss Stinky's First Grow Log =p
Yup. I graduated University in 2000, moved to Alaska (worked out of Dutch Harbor... WOW what a place.), moved back, got a job in academia, and bought my house in spring 2004. Never looked back.
My job and the apartment that I rent downstairs pays for the mortage and car, my little garden pays for my food and heat. That's why I get so bent out of shape about punks saying, "oh, I found this plant growing wild, think I'll take it...." Bottom line, steal my plants, steal my heating fuel, my gas gets shut off, tenant moves out, lose the house. No brainer.

Well, sounds interesting. If all of those bad things ever happen to you, you can move up hear and we'll open a garden store with an Alaskan Seed/Strain business, LOL.
I have some college, history major. Had too many family obligations, but maybe I will get to finish some day, history, philosophy or literature, who knows.

Sounds fantastic, or we could get a bunch of people together and do a for-profit tourist-trap organic farm/dude ranch with fly fishin, horseback trekking, getting eaten by 2 pound mosquitoes, whatever it is that tourists in Alaska enjoy!
Hey why wait on school, you sound well-spoken, time to start your novel instead! :D
Miss Stinky's First Grow Log =p
LOL, that may work. I hear you can get 20 acres of tundra for pennies on the dollar and the land is already stocked with the state bird, I mean mosquitoes.
Novel? What are you a psychic? I have a few unfinished projects laying around. I think that I live in the past a little too much to stir the imagination of our fast food, gimmy, gimmy generation, not that I am as deep as the ocean yonder, but who knows, perhaps I have an old soul or something.
Well Adieu
Miss Stinky's First Grow Log =p
Tundra, mud, skeeters, mmmmm..... sounds like the LIFE!!!! Plant a couple trees for me now so when I retire they MIGHT be just big enough to hang a hammock between with your 3 week growing season ;)
Man, every time you say 'adieu' it sounds so... FINAL... like we're never going to hear from you again! How's about 'a bientot'?
Okay, we have to think what you can do with 20 acres of tundra... other than sit on it and listen to the mud gurgle.
I guess I'd better update my grow log too to stay sort of on topic...
The Gypsy's Gum I moistened day before yesterday is popped and in dirt.
Clones look excellent; they are living in the new addition to my grow empire at 71 degrees F and 50% humidity, a lot higher than upsatirs.
The very most exciting thing is that this morning I found LADYBUGS in my indoor garden!!!!! This is just super awesome. I consider it very good luck for them to find your plants, rather than having to bring them in yourself.
So they are in there wandering around, I imagine feasting on thrip larvae, and just looking kind of cute (for a big).

bientôt? Well, with my vision problems, I don't use many frases like See you later.
I hope Adieu isn't too dramatic, just a habbet at this point.

Little did you know Stinky, but I've been waiting to see some plants from you lol. They look lovely and your grow room looks so neat and nice. Excellent work :D.
Miss Stinky's First Grow Log =p
I think the grow room looks neat because my camera is so bad, lol!
I'm really glad you dropped by to this log!
Miss Stinky's First Grow Log =p
Yeah this is A good log. I love reading in this one. Its very distracting from my work. hahahahhaha
Right now I should be editing this TV Show... My garden and yours is way to distracting to keep me working. Plus I just got the new Tragically hip album and its rocking right now at the studio.

Over the weekend I started 3 seeds of each of the following:
BOG Black Indica
Some supa dank 'headie' bagseeds
Hindu Kush
and something else I forgot.
The cloner is chugging along and there are good roots forming now, after 8 days.
Dark temps in the growroom are dropping to the point where one of the afghan mixes I harvested this morning was showing some purpling of the bud leaves.
The silly dog got into the plants again and did some topping for me. She only ate some shitty bagseed experiments that were about to get culled anyway, as they turned out to be WAY too much sat-leaning.
The first of the smashberries went into its final big bucket, and so did a couple of the unknown BOG mixes, and one of them has this UNBELIEVEABLE grapefruit odor when you brush the leaves. If the buds are near as fruity, that's gonna be a mom!
