Nope. 420 is the time a group of kids at San Rafael high school would smoke weed. They called themselved the Waldos I think. They have posters and other memorabilia to prove it. It got spread through grateful dead concerts. I've seen this info printed a bazillion times on the internet, but high times actually went out and found these guys and did a story about it in the May issue. Pretty good issue, too.Quote:
