My girlfriend has nipple piercings and they look pretty cool. It helps that she she sperky nipples and not like another girl I saw with the. Man, she had flat nipples and it didn't really look so great.:(

In total, I have had my bellybutton three times, 2 horizontal eyebrows, both anti-eyebrows, 2 temples, ears 4 times, lip twice, both nipples, and 6 surface piercings on my lower back. I only have the horizontal eyebrow and temple on my left eye now.
