ummm... this is the first time ive read this thread and just wanted to point out, the 'pedals' turning yellow and shrivelling up is not a defficiency of any kind, all plants do this, those first round leaves (cotyledons) actually store all the nutes needed to take it through the seedling stage, and will die at adolescence, there is nothing to worry about, oh yeh, nice plants man ;) lowryders are cool plants...
I have a hermie among three females and just took some tweezers and plucked the "balls" off it. I freaked when I first saw it and searched the threads here for a solution. It doesn't make any sense to throw out a perfectly good plant just because it grows a few nubs. So far the plant I castrated still looks like the other two. I'm keeping a close eye on it until I cut them down.
get a lamp just a desk lamp will do and put them under that i think that might be hot enough
sorry i was talkin about the end of the first page my mistake
ITs best to kill hermies because they will pollenate your females and the seeds that they make are no good... Its possible to take all the balls but you'd have to pay very close attention... A few days of neglect will make your buds full of seeds
Time to go indo! Get some cfl's and a timer.
opps, i did the same thing as fukinfedup. sry!
what happened to him, Im getting some lowryders soon, and gonna grow them big ass.
His lowryders were very yellowish compared to mine which are a dark green color. Just something I noticed.
