How hot is it where you live?

102 in memphis. Heat index at 112. Fuck. Global. Warming.

last year I lived in palm springs and in the third week of august there was a day where it reached 127. i worked at a golf car service place and they sent us home very early.

80 in San Francisco today.
heading out to the beach where it's only 68-70.

i live in new york on long island.. near queens sorta. its been hot as ballssssss here the last few days.. high 90s-thank god i live 15 minutes from the beach.. but today its cloudy and only 80

too fucking hot

it is hot as a m/f here. When I left the house to go to the local pool it was 99. When I got to the pool, instead of the water being nice and cold, it was kind of warm.
About an hour later a lifeguard said it was 105 degrees with a heat index of 119. And to make sure everyone had plenty of fluids and sunscreen.
It really was ridiculously hot.. I stayed in the water the whole time, got a bit of sunburn on my face, and shoulders even though I had on SPF 25 ... Going back tomorrow. Finally supposed to cool off this weekend..:)
