I'm afraid I do, too. I'm an executive speechwriter and general all-purpose executive communications and marketing consultant for a huge, global technology company that's based here in Texas. The gentlemen into whose mouths I put words vote Republican, which I can sorta understand considering their tax brackets.

Democrats are welcome in Austin. I wish I worked for Dell and lived in Austin. Actually, no I don't. Michael Dell is said to be rather tough on his execs and direct support professionals, at least according to one of his speechwriters I've talked to before. He sometimes still votes with the Ds, I understand. His wife went to school with a friend of mine, and she shared that not so long ago.
I guess you'd say that I'm an entrepreneur. Self-employed computer guru, investor, inventor, artist, etc. I'm working on starting a mmj non-profit and thinking about starting a biodiesel production facility and/or a think tank too.Quote:

Some fine art, almost nothing on the computer. A little oil and water paint, a little sculpture (clay but I want to try stone someday),a little photography, wood, metal, plastics, haiku, etc...I even played with FX makeup for a while, I was once published for a short story (fiction) I wrote. and I used to be a body piercer. Maybe glass/ceramics one day too. I guess I'm the "idea guy..." *shrug*
