Yeah the same thing happened to me when I first read it... I had no clue what it meant. and yes it is "judged by 12 over carried by 6" the whole meaning is that " i'd rather kill sombody and then get judged, over getting killed, and being carried."

No, I have no record at all. I still have a few liqour violation tickets that are over 6 yrs old, and I have been checked since then with no problems. I guess I've never been dumb enough to get caught. :D
