Travelling to the USA

In my hometown, a New York State Trooper caused me a couple thousand dollars and, eventually, a subsequent driving without a license charge (because of this incident, my license was suspended for 90-days, and then within a week of moving back to NY, I was stopped and thrown in jail for 5 days, because my license was suspended for 90-days, 8-10 years prior (plus I wouldn't blow on a breathalizer because there was no reason for the City Cops to be there), but I've had a Virginia license for four years. The second incident cost me even more money and, essentially, kicked me out of the whole State of New York. I'll never be able to drive there, again. And why????

All because I had been in a coma within two years of the first incident and the STATE TROOPER had mistaken my passiveness for drug-use.

When I was riding with him to jail, he asked me:

WHAT DOES POT DO TO YOU? DOES IT RELAX YOU???

I may or may not have answered his question, but I didn't answer in any way that had any effect on New York State Troopers' views of Cannibis, or Cannibus.
