I agree with ya on that one! I would have voted outside the two party system but it looked like Kerry was way to close for comfort. Thats the ONLY reason I did what I did. Next time will be different!!!

Depending on which definition of freedom you are going by that point could be argued. Are the 'jihadists' fighting for freedom from us, yes, and perhaps the freedom to live in an oppressive and cruel Islamic Theocracy. They are not however fighting in the name of individual freedom or liberty.
Also the 'jihadists' that attacked us prior to the Iraq war or pre-Sept 11th, do you think were they also fighting for freedom? If so, freedom from what?
