You can transplant that big one. If it looked like it was rootbound?...you can do the rest.

Roots fill out up, if given long enough, they can start to grow in a circular pattern in pot and even strangle the plant, talk about chokein the chicken!! usually seen by roots leaving the pot, bottom first.
and if you wait too long and transplant the roots still stay tied up and don't spread out like they should...
Mk, 1st off bang up job from my vantage. 2, if in doubt just take the time & transplant. Personally @ 5 weeks with the same type pots & if I look closely there are some roots poking thru the drainage holes. Giddy up hombre.
