Thanks! :D
I enjoy tinkering around and saving money.
Where'd you get the glass and how'd you mount it? I've got 2 reflectors I'd like to try and cool.
I see how you did the backing,... And I'm brewing an idea on how to get the fittings I will need given my situation.
P.S.
Thanks for the inspiration! :D :hippy:
The glass you can get at any window glass store. They will cut it to your dimensions and should cost around $10-$15.
To hang the glass I use four L-brackets attached to the reflector. Then I slide a piece of rubber hose over the bracket where the glass will be.
That's it! Cheap and simple
Yesterday I flushed and changed the reservoir to flowering nutrients.
Lights went out at 10:00a.m. on Wednesday the 29th, and come back on tonight at 07:00p.m.. That's 33 hours of darkness.
The Soup:
- 5 ml/gal Grow
- 2.5 ml/gal Micro
- 15 ml/gal Bloom
- 5 ml/gal CalMag+ (I was not going to use this during flowering because of the Bud Candy, but forgot and now it's in there.)
- 5 ml/gal Bud Candy
- 2.5 ml/gal Pro-Silicate
- 1 tsp/5gal Sub-Culture B
PPM = 1100 (should have been around 900, but the CalMag+ is in there.)
First two pics are from before and after their training session, just before lights out.
The last two are of the root zone. The staining and a little sludge is from when I was using Liquid Karma. (Don't think I will be using it again.)

This is a very good grow tikiroom. Hope you have lovely flowers from her :hippy:
Thanks for the compliment. :D
Also many many thanks for the best wishes on getting "lovely flowers".
I am sooo ready to hopefully see some buds forming. :weedpoke:
As canni said, she sure is thick!
Last night she got her last training session. All growth is going to be allowed to grow up through the screen from here on out.
I also added 5ml/gal of Big Bud to the reservoir.
PPM = 1000
On a side note, all but one of the clones have rooted. :D
I am surprised, because I didn't use any rooting hormone.

I have found that it helps to bend the stem as close to a 90 degree as possible when placing under the screen. Trying to get the stem parallel to the screen.
Also you will be spending some time tucking fan leaves under to expose all the potential bud sites.
