Just wanted to say hello Bonedaddy.
You must be the hardest working grower! I was sorry to read about all of your trials and tribulations. But you have to admit, you are still looking at some VERY good looking stuff.
I wish I could have mixed some of my Kush strain with the male you had to chop and remove. I think it would have been an interesing and colorful blend.
Thanks for the comprehensive log here and the pics are great. No need to ever apologize for this.
All the best.

Damn, 808 veiws and only 10 people commented. Anways I went and checked on them today, the damn El nina smelled super sweet, like the big purple one, really chocolatey. Which works because it also has a super skunky stank on it aswell. I figure it is due to the molasses. I can hardly wait till they are done! I am planning on chopping the two in the open(the big purp one and the other) mid-october, anyone got any thought???

Dammit well last night it got down to ~ -5*C, and a pretty hard frost, with another, lighter frost tonight. I am thinking I am gonna chop the tops off of them, and it will be a hell of a lot easier to keep the lower bits covered for hopefully a few more weeks.

Sucks about the frost.. maybe make some enclosures for your covers, to keep from damaging the plants, yet still keep em under wraps at night..
I've had success with plastic water line, as well as chicken wire, used as a frame, with greenhouse material over it..

I think its just too damn cold now and that it was a great learning experience. I might get something off of two of them, but I just wasn't able to realize any of my plants full potential. Sucks, but now I have a much better understanding of what needs to happen to actually have a successful grow, on my end and the plants end. Not all hope is lost though because I do have an ace up my sleeve, I got a rubbermaid together so I have 1 plant going in that for a winter project. Anyways I will post up some pics once I do my "harvest". Thanks everyone who stopped in.

Ahahahahahaha, I just went and took a peek outside, freakin' snowing like mad. I'll probably chop one later today.

Since it snowed today, and is supposed to keep getting colder, I chose to chop some of the big purple one, so it could be covered easier. I really only took off a few of the tops, and a few lower branches. Sucks because the 2 in the tree cover are now F'd, and they are not even close to any kind of harvest. Oh well. I am gonna try and flush the other two as much as I can, until the weather is too much of a problem.
