Ive been in lake county for six months. My first day my neighbor across the street came over introduced himself to me. told me he was in remission from cancer and that i would see him at all hours of the night going to his garage! took me all of 30 secs to translate that one. I moved from a state with zero tolerance....BLEW MY MIND when i got to cali. perfect stranger would talk openly about growing. Back at home....my best friends had no idea. No matter where you go in cali....prepare for amazement!

I joined this site just to find info on where to move to in Cali. Thanks for starting the thread for me, lol. I too want to move from FL to CA but I am stuck with a condo that I can't sell. I am thinking about just starting over and letting my place go into foreclosure. Great ideas while I am high.
A couple of things to consider:Quote:

Good luck.

WAY TO GO!!! Hope you have a dry and cool trip!
You can try renting it for now and wait for the market to turn. Even if you rent it for a small loss you can factor in the tax advantages of it as well and also save your credit in the process.Quote:
