Interesting topic. The question we have to answer is not whether the person has the mind of a certain age. The degree of intelligence varies, however, this is not really a question that deserves a moral answer. This type of question comes down to the LAWs of that country, city, or town and previous cases that have occured concerning these similar facts. We can share are opinions which can change outcomes but really in this type of situation, it really comes down to the judge and previous cases. I am unaware of any cases as this, Im sure there has been some. I'd be interested to know the outcomes and the facts of certain cases concerning these situations. We can change the laws. peace
