Click any show you want, and usually a few file types will show up for you to download. I stick with the "64Kbps MP3 ZIP" most of the time b/c it's the fastest, but there are others if you desire. I would suggest getting all of those shows of Brock's on the archive b/c they are just sick, but any will do.
And if you like his stuff, you MUST download some shows from his band, Perpetual Groove. There's like 5 pages of shows from them on The Archive, and I have damn near every one. They are all just great.
