TEST LAUNCH-Operation Redwood Tree
Cant remember the order of the photos but here's MK and Brainstorm these days. They are both MONSTROUS (sp?) and seem to be quite happy on 1550 solution. I'll try to see if I can get a pic of them from the side......they are as deep as they are large.
I can't remember if we mentioned it but we harvested both the cotton candy and the ASH the weekend before I started chemo most because of the time factor etc..... Both plants were completely cloudy with just a few ambers so we would have preferred to let them go a bit longer but it just wouldn't work with our new schedule.
The cotton candy gave us 114 gms total and Strawberry haze came to 72 gms when all was said and done. I made some cookies for Mr Hound with the CC and they seem to knock him out good so we're guessing they're strong enough. :D
The ASH was a BEAR to harvest and trim. The leaves didn't want to break off and the thin stems would bend and break often so that's another PITA for sativas.......BUT.....:thumbsup: for her buzz so we have to agree with MVP....they're WORTH it.

WH, now that was a quick bounce back to your legs of positivity! I knew that crap couldn't keep you down long, but dang you're fast! And, I know it doesn't hurt to have all of those fantastic ladies around you, especially when harvest time rolls around, which is perpetual in your household, eh? Harvesting all that fine bud, you can't help but stay positive and keep a smile on your face!
Glad to see you on the board again! Your posts always bring a smile to my face, so I know all of the happiness you send out finds its way back to you 1,000s of times over - good karma. Keep on smilin', great lady!

Hey WH, I've got a CC going too. Haven't sexed her yet, but I was wondering what your thoughts were on that particular variety.
TEST LAUNCH-Operation Redwood Tree
Hey Op....
That cotton candy is a real favorite. It's a pretty up buzz, the kind that will have you doing a puzzle for HOURS or really getting into what you are doing. I personally don't find it to be that much of a body stone but seems to work pretty well for Mr Hound's insomnia although it takes a whole cookie as compared to a big half of something like white rhino or something.
If that CC you have came via stork from the south it's a girl....;)

Hi WH's; Have followed thread from day one and am enjoying your share and am learning a lot from you!
Don't know if I mentioned a 'port a cath'. A little device implanted under skin with a local that takes all the time and trouble of starting an IV every time away! It is useful, for many things.
I know many people (personally) that have kicked this and not one that did not! One, 20 years down the road and still smokin!
Again, thanks for sharing your grow and the learning. I appreciate your sharing.
Your attitude and support alone will cure this one! You cure your plants well, I am sure you will do the same for yourself! My heart is out there for you! pr
and our prayer circle! :hippy:

Thank you pain.....I tried to rep you for your kind thoughts but apparently I did recently and have to wait until I've "spread some around" before I can rep you again.
The plants are approaching the golden day.....they are at day 49 today. Absolutely AMAZING what a difference of approximately 200ppms of nutes will do......I feel sure Fang 2 will bless us with at least 10 oz. She actually appears triple the size of Fang 1 but you certainly didn't hear that from me.
MK looks pretty substancial as well....but has a fair amount of burned sugar leaves on her outside buds (bleaching from the the lighting.) Any thoughts from people on whether that would affect her future "eye appeal?" Should we trim yellow leaves shorter than normal or does it matter once the plant has been trimmed and dried?
TEST LAUNCH-Operation Redwood Tree
If possible I try to get out any yellow leaves as soon as they are dried up enough to easily remove. If you leave them in they are a pain in the ass when you manicure, unless you don't mind bits of yellow or brown non-resinous leaves in your buds.
TEST LAUNCH-Operation Redwood Tree
They ARE non-resinous.....whats up with that shit?

WH, You sure know how to get your girls to give their very best! I have always felt that just the act of growing in of itself is theraputic its so calming and peaceful sitting with the girls.
Be sure to plant plenty of sativa because like they say laughter is good medicine.
