How much soda do you drink per day?

i put 12-16 cuz that's what i used to drink.... but lately.. i'v ebeen drinking alot of 40's (i'm up to drinking 2-3 a day) if i wasn't drinking them, i'd still be drinking 12-16 a day...

i've been drinking that many since i was like 8 or younger too... i never liked water.. kool aid or any of that shit...

now tho.. i drink water when i've been drinking (so pretty much everday) to stay hydrated and to help me sleep at night... i drink alotta milk now too (mostly with meals) cuz i think i have ulcers.. i get really bad stomach pains AND indegestion.. milk helps that...

I drink about 3 sodas per day, 1 or 2 of them will have caffine, usually in the morning. Some days I will have perhaps 1, and others I will have maybe 6. It's interesting to me that anyone can fill their lungs with smoke 10, 20 or 50 times per day, or destroy their nerve receptors with cocaine, or their liver and heart with alcohol, then tell me I'm not taking care of my body by drinking soda. Very funny.

from experience i can tell you after awhile, all that citric acid starts to cause problems....

can even make you feel like you have an std.. burning when you piss... i don't know WHY but i know it can't be too good on your system

and i thought i was extermly hyper and shaky, i only drink on average 2-3 cokes a day, and every now and then a cup of coffee, i hate caffiene, i luv being depressed (not emo depressed, but being slow and more calm)

I dislike coffee, I have a good french vanilla cappucino from the gas station now and then. But lately I've limited myself to 2 soda's a day and I've been drinking Propel. Btw, I was drinking 10-20 soda's a day for 2 years and never gained a pound off it. I've tried to gain weight(was 5'10 130lbs), and the only way is to work out(Muscle weighs 3x more than fat). So yay for not being a skinny white boy anymore, now I'm just a white boy!

Some days I drink 1-2 glasses of sprite, sometimes I drink none. I much prefer water and OJ. I use to drink none at all, but I decided you know what, who cares, I can't deny myself pleasure all the time, gotta reward yourself once in a while.

Dont drink much soda peroid, but once in a while Ill get a craving for a cold coke in a can......Pepsi is sweet shit..

When we have a big bottle of Sierra Mist in the fridge, I may drink a glass (probably equivalent to a can worth) a day. I really try to not drink it, though. Too much sugar, man.

I mostly drink water, milk, green tea, juices, and water (a lot of water).

I try not to drink much, I prefer water BUT if I do I like code red, Dr.Pepper and coke the best.
