The sex will show, and there is no mistaking males from females. You just have to wait and watch for pistils...here is a pik...notice the light white hairs growing within the branch/stem intersection. I circled 2 areas full of pistils; In fact this is the 1st day of confirmation.
I am about to take two clones from each of the three blue haze triplets. I will post pictures later. I am very excited - my first clones!
The first picture is "The Jungle"- the triplets are in the middle, surrounded by peppers, basil, tomatoes, cilantro etc etc
Please note the sick leaf- help!!!
The four PPP all came from the same paper towel- look at the differences!
The bitty babies are sagex on the left and bbxtrainwreck on the right- so swee!
The foggy clone dome has two from each of the blue haze triplets. Still no sign of sex yet, but hopefully in the next week I will be able to tell the diff.
I really need advice on the sick leaves of my blue haze- I am not experienced enough to diagnose I guess because it looks like a few different thing to me:o
very interesting... your sagex seems to have much more indica than mine; mine looks almost exactly like her mom... but i'm glad they're doing so well! keep us updated with lots and lots of pix! :D
kp
wow kp can you really tell that from the one teenytiny sage? Or did you actually mean the 4 PPP? They seem pretty squatty- I actually topped the biggest one yesterday, since she was already at 5 nodes- she's gonna be a beast!Quote:

Thanks dear!
sorry, wrong pic, lol... do you have a top view of the new babies?
as for the transplant and new soil; i always transplant into 3g a week b4 harvest, and as for the soil, if you have a container big enough, mix both bags together, add a small bag of perlite (cow poop can realy get compacted) and for the guano, i'd need to know if it's a dry mix or for watering. i'd prob hold off on the bat poo anyway, just incase; you can always make a tea for them...
sorry about the misidentification :D
love, kp
Hi sweetie, no worries-
Here's a pciture of the newest babies- the bbxtrainwreck is in the round pot (left) and the sagex is in the square pot (right).
They are in the bedroom today because we had to move all the plants upstairs from the basement while the installers set up my new weight equipment. It's only until later this afternoon, so I hope nobody stresses!
I just put three of the bb in a paper towel with the other durbanpoisonxsku1
(i tried two of each before and they didn't crack, so hopefully this time they will!). I plan to get some more sage going next week, since only one of the two I started before have sprouted, the other did nada-
I will post a picture of my new flower room next week- Just in time too- the bh girls are alternating nodes and looking frisky! I'm waiting for my jewelers loop to arrive from ebay so I can inspect them-
You want some calcium to help your leaves. That's Ca def IMO.
I see you already have a tall prop dome... haha disregard my last email!!! :D
yeah I tried black velvet last summer. It compacted just like you said KP.
and I had a bunch of perlite in their too. I recommend the plain old sterile soil(no nutes) at Wally's 1.66 bag, (good stuff, and already kinda moist and fluffy) mix with peat moss and perlite...then blending in your guano, fishmeal or whatever at the approriate times. later
p.s. I picked up a bag of miracle gro Organic soil the other day...I am going to try, but it looks like it is chicken chitman...amd I think I read that was too hot for pot...peace
