i lost 30 pounds in the summer, no diet, just i was on the block everyday walking, sweating......from morning until morning i was out, in a garage, in a hot house, outside.......
if you want to drink something other then water... i sudjest some form of gatorade...its not the best for you... but it is better then drinking a shit load of coke....
