I don't know, I like it..yeah it has it's lame stupid aspects, but I definitly am glad I have it. Especially because I just recently moved away from home and get to keep in contact with all my friends at home. I really hate talking on the phone, so I like to be able to keep in contact on myspace...
...also its a good way to find out about parties and whats going on.

I'm not that big on it, but I will say that it's handy to try and track down peeps that you graduated with. It's interesting to see who got married, who had kids, and who went into the service. that and seeing how fat all my football buddies got makes me feel a little better.
The idea sold for damn near 3/4 billion dollars. Beyond that, its an awesome advertising space for anyone offering services in your local area. But of course the site is filled with freaks and geeks, I tend to be both. But yeah, you cannot beat free and for what the offer, its not bad. Saying all that, my myspace is default to the bone, except for my avatar. So yea, not that self indulgent.
