U? I didn't kill the wolves, man. The people scared of them did way back when. I only hunt game animals, you know, those you can eat, and that have regulated hunting laws applied.

Btw, I like guns. Guns aren't the problem...people are.

Somewhat of a reasonable point. Although, before man came along and hunted all the predators to the brink of extinction, this problem didn't exist. I'm surrounded by mountains, most of which are parks or "open space" where hunting is not allowed. We've got a healthy deer population but never have an overpopulation problem. Most likely that's because we've also got a healthy mnt lion and coyote population. They do a great job of keeping the deer and rabbit populations down, not to mention the hiker population ;)

But with no guns, none of these problems would exist.

Hell I'll do my hunting with a whistle and stick. The cave men did it when they first bonked a wolly mammoth on the head.

We can survive just fine without guns. They aren't needed i my opinion. :)

Sounds like a great place to live, and if the deer have natural predators, I see no reason to hunt them, ya know? Unless, like Bob said...you really 'need' to eat...

Guns gave us an edge when it came to hunting, and protecting ourselves. People simply mis-used them.

Guns aren't the problem, imo. People are. Everyone wants to blame something else, and deny that we [humans] are the ones who fucked up!

Don't blame the guns, blame ourselves.

That's my stand, anyway...
