my second closet growing attempt!

ok im off to get 3 gallon pots today. ttyl.

k the pots i got are not quite 3 gallons but they should work. they are friggin huge i donno what im gonna do i wont be able to fit them all on the bottom i think ill have to do some major reorganizing tonight and re make my closet ill post picks when im all done.

k i finished changing my closet around. i was able to fit 7 pots but i had to put 1 up top but i figure there will probably be at least 1 male ill have to remove. then they will alll fit. i have 1 2600 lumens cfl and i am using my smaller old cfl's. will this set up work for flowering? or should i buy a few more 2600 lumens cfl's and get rid of the rest? im gonna let the plants adjust to the transplant for a day or so then im gonna change to 12 and 12. within a week ill post some good up close picks of all my plants numbered and u all can tell me what they are male or female? cause i have to get rid of the males pretty quick i read. does anyone have a guess on what my yield will be per plant. i realize it would only be a guess. and is there anything else im forgettin about?? any tips or opinions or feedback would be great. thanks for all the help.

k here are my first 4 plants the pots are numbered in case u can tell the sex of any of them. and i have 2 more 2700 lumens cfl's on order they will be here on thurs. ill put my other 4 plants in the next reply.

k here are numbers 5 - 8 i took a second picture of plant 8 cause it split from the stem but i think its a male. and i just started giving nutes again 1 time every 2 or 3 days. just so i dont nute burn again. k here are all my pics tell me what u all think.

k its day 5 flowering. all my babies are still lookin good but they havent changed much so im not gonna take any new picks i think illl wait a few more days. but im hopin ill be able to tell the sex soon cause i dont want to leave the males in too long cause it might wreck the whole batch. and that would just be depressing to not get any smoke from all this work. just cause its come so far and im so close. anyhow ttyl.

I think that if you want your plants to have big dense buds, you're going to need an HPS or MH bulb. I started like you; tons of cool blue bulbs. After getting the clones on their feet I realized I needed a lot more light. At 6 bucks a piece, buying say 6 or 8, you're going to start wishing you could take back the bulbs and buy yourself a little more worthy light set up. Don't get me wrong, you're plants look great for what you have, but don't forget you're trying to get something from the plant. Check Ebay, you'll be surprised.

ya i know what u mean but the thing is i did by some mh bulbs that put out 2650 lumens but when i pluged them in they made the temp jump from 30.c to 41.c in no time even with the fan on. what can i do?

my mistake they are halogena bulbs and im gonna try to make some sort of heat shield out of a sheet of glass for these bulbs ill let u know tonight how it works out and ill post some new picks soon.
