thanx, corn...
love, kp
Thanks Princess. Yes of coarse I want you to keep trucking, that's all we can do, but at the same time, stop and smell the roses along the drive.
Sounds like everything is doing all right. Now that your getting this in door thing dialed in, it is starting to work like a well oiled machine.
On the ballast, if you don't mind me asking, what is up with the no ordering online? Maybe we can give you some tips to help you get around this problem, you never know what we have in our bags of tricks besides buds that is.
Adieu little lady
dear bear,
good early morn, wanted to say that bb #8 had grown too tall for the box... so i bent her heads over and tied them down... now she's starting to look like sage.
~reasons for no online ordering~
first and foremost, paranoia. how do we know these sights are legit and wont give out personal info? i see every orange street light from point a to b on a drive. they have to know what's up if i just order a ballast and not the hood/pole.
second, no credit card. i live a cash money life, babe.
in general, i'm just afraid of online do's bc of the paper trail. this site is different. we aren't giving out our physical address here...
unless one of you guys has spare...
well, that's all for now folks...oh yeah, almost forgot. how large a pot do you need to keep a clone mom?
take care, sweet bear! love to all...
love, kp:p
I like the cash thinggy as well, but FYI you can go to banks or Waly Marts and get a pre paid credit card that works like a gift card, you can give any name, and use it online no problem. But I under stand your other points. You know I have an extra 400w street light ballast around that was given to me about a year ago, never hooked it up, takes raw wiring, might be a headache, not sure, but I would get it your way if I could. The little thing weighs about 20 pounds. Who knows just trying to help.
Adieu
better late than never.. : )
picture please.. NOW..
thank you

BEAR!!!!
dear sweet bear, how are you today? been thinking about ya. i found a sale item today that caught my eye... it is an incandecent bulb, but a huge one! 300w 6400 lum. wrong color (3200k) but i think i'll give it a shot in the flower box, right under the exhuast to vent the excessive heat (50 cfm).
outdoor girl got a good bud burn today... she grew into the cfl... should i cut this bud now, or let it wait?
bear, if you can find a way to get that ballast to me, i'll shall be endeared to you for the rest of my growing life. i can't find one anywhere! (besides online)
gk, if nothing else, i'll find some pics that are similar, so you can see something... though i absolutely do have to take some pics of sage before the harvest. she is a complete freak of nature!! (gess thats what happens after 8-9 months of veg...
well, i'll be back after the lights change.
love, kp:p
Sorry to hear you are still looking for ballast. I don't have one, but if...:)
went to a hydro store today and saw all I need. Never thought to look for one in this part of NC but there it is!
Anyway, good luck with your grow.
Peace
:twocents:
I think If you can just snip the bud sight and not the branch it may help, because you don't want the plant focusing extra energy to try to develop a crispy bud. Let me see what I can do about getting an email addi to you. I will try to get a hush mail account, but it may take a day to acctavate it.
Let us no how the new bulb works, but be careful with the heat, it may not be worth the traid IMO.
Later dear Princess.
Adieu
ok guys, here's the latest...
the 300w bulb kicks out some awesome yellow light, however, it is WAAAY too hot. might try this somewhere in the basement that doesn't have heat later this winter.
bb's are quite impressive, they're slowing the stretch now. i bent all but one of #8's branches down last night. they still have nothing but hairs yet, but there's more of em'...
took a sample from sage this morn, it is in the drybox right now. hopefully tomorrow, maybe the next...
well, oh yeah! sage's clones are flowering awesome as well. 3 are about 9 inches, 10 nodes, the 4th is about 14 inches, 15 nodes.
bb clones are doing great, the first that were started are vegging jungle like, and the newer ones are starting the veg (yellow tipped leaves tell me they now have roots!)
males are sick... they don't like it outside... but...one looks like he'll bloom tomorrow! i hope so... i'm ready to feed him to the hogs!
n e way, i'll try to find some simillar pix this evening,
love, kp
ps, thank you for the clone help bear! 100% success rate!
