NO LIGHTER!!!!
In the USA or at least I know for sure in my state...you must be 18 years old to purchase a lighter. Yeah bics never break on me, I have when the store is out of bics...and I have to use those crappy plastic ones that always break within like the 2nd time you use them. I have had the same bic for like nearly 6 weeks now probably...

NO LIGHTER!!!!
wtf last year i bought a friend nearly 200 lighters for his birthday, no troubles at all, i never knew there was a age restriction on lighters.... lol.
And yes i have suffered the troubles of having no lighter. For the past week i have not had a lighter or matches. Sucked so bad. What i did was spray deodorant on my desk, get an old lighter and make a spark and light it on fire, then attempt to light a candle with the deodorant fire and smoke with the candle. The candle wax all over my bowl and bong sucks. but hey, it got the job done :D

NO LIGHTER!!!!
I think some states must just enforce it more than others, in Florida and Michigan I've never had problems or even been asked for ID.

NO LIGHTER!!!!
That seems kind of crazy to me. I remember in Utah you have to be 19 to buy tobacco products. I remember going to buy papers when I was 18 and getting turned down and getting mad at the cashier, like WTF I'm 18 cant you read, shes like read the sign you have to be 19 in Utah. Needless to say I felt pretty stupid.
