Yes I loved that movie as a kid which led me to be infatuated with velociraptors, read a bunch of books on them and well thats that story. Nobody is really giving practical answers, an axe/pickaxe is probably the most practical but you are only going to get ONE shot if that, assuming there is only one. Looks like nobody is following the ONE item rule so id change mine to a homemade homedepot 3xplosiv3 or rig a flame thrower out of gas/propane.

The sharpest self-powered fan.

I'd also put some charcoal, and matches aside to cook him afterwards :P
