I swam all through high school, we used to do hypoxic excercises where you would have to swim a length of the pool with breathing 7 times, then 5 times, then 3 times, then 1 time, then no times. We'd do that. A lot. Then we'd do "no-breathers" where we'd put on the fins and try to swim down and back, underwater, without breaking the surface once. Now THAT'S fun.Quote:
