Moderation poll for politics
Whose reply?
We're still making points here and there. . . . we may yet gain a few more. I at least take it as a good sign that around a third of the respondents do like the idea of civility.
As far as pics are concerned, I don't know how you judge those, either. Pics that say bad things about politicians and parties seem normal. Heck, you see those on bumper stickers. And those folks are public figures. You have to expect some of that.
In your pics, Torog, I haven't ever seen what other people might call rude pics. I've seen more "pro" pics than anti pics generally. You post things that celebrate Christianity and America. I really like that. It's like positive campaigning versus negative.
The nudity rule makes sense, Psycho4Bud. But I haven't ever seen any nudity pics on these boards. Does it happen and just get taken down before we ever see it?
Speaking of cooked birds, we're about to go eat chicken for lunch. So I'll break now and be back online later to see what's been happening.

LOL...ya, they get taken down as quick as we catch em'. That and porn sites also.

Isn't it interesting how he got this whole subject started yet has been conspicuously absent the whole time in this poll. I think the chicken I had for lunch isn't the only chicken in this conversation . . . .

I enjoyed that! It's funny and sarcastic and a very effective message. But somehow it's still not mean-spirited except that it points to their mean-spirited attitudes. Which makes it even better!
Did you make that? I'm in awe of your abilities with graphic design and photographs. I'm not very good at those sorts of things, so I'm always very admiring when others are.
Very nice work. I'm glad I've at least figured out how to click on these graphics to enlarge them. I can't find my glasses, and so unless they're enlarged, I can't see them at all. Ah, the joys of middle age.

my 2cents is free speech we need to preserve it since the neocons wanna take away our rights. Obviously basic human respect "no flaming or name calling or obvious posts of obscene material used in hate spam" should be used. But people are entitled to their opinions of things its part of the constitution and it should be upheld at any cost. peace

Well I guess since the vote is for slack moderation rules, ill adress you all I please. Free Speech and all.
Just for clarification tho, I didnt start out takeing shots at you, as I stated before you name was brought into this simply because it was you who was attacked on the forum to begin with.

Your language in here started this thread, like I said before, you should be sitting at the head of the table.
If Dr. MJ decided to show up id probably give him just as big a ration of shit, but my guess is that he, if called out, would own his wrong doing by attacking you in the Lounge.
Oh, and if I dont stop adressing you in this area, what are you going to do about it?
