maybe just cause im in america and we dont normally take it that serious about soccer, but i love those crazy british fans. i love the atmosphere at matchups overseas, its not as diehard here(although im not as diehard, but in american football, i am about the redskins).Quote:

I've got Portugal coming away with this one, and that's only because England are hanging on by their fingernails. When your washed-up star Beckham has to carry your team through on a fluke free kick, I'd say your time's about up. England has LOADS of talent, but as a team, rubbish. My boy Christiano will run past that England D so quickly it won't even be funny. Except to me.
That Argentina - Mexico game winner was the highlight of the Cup so far. That shot was brilliant, and the best so far. Argentina is a freakin' powerhouse.
gemany and argentina is a must-see game, and im picking spain over france
Wow, this Switzerland - Ukraine game is pretty intense. Ukraine has been dominating a good deal of the half, but both teams have hit lasers off the crossbar. That free kick was inches away from going in, and easily topping that poofy Beckham goal. Ukraine has to score soon though it would seem, because they just keep getting chance after chance, plus of Shevchenko. He's God to those people.
i guess i'll take the role of the arrogant us citizen... us forever even if it's like our 5th sport...
go Ghana go! ahahah!
lol brazil won thank god....i hope the final match is Argentina vs Brazil...imagine that on European Soil...i hope....
good bye Spain i miss ya!:D
Fuck, France looked in prime form today! And it's about time! That team is a huge underdog, and even if you look past the likes of Henry, Zidane, and Viera, they're still stacked. Words can't describe how happy I was for Zidane when he scored that injury time goal. Brilliant!
